Higher Education

Universities and colleges demand facilities that include
a range of attributes:

Aesthetic versatility: Singular designs that are compatible with the overall campus aesthetic, which is often traditional in nature.
Durable and repairable: Construction that stands up to demanding students and weather, and suffers less weather, fire, and water damage.
High performance qualities: Energy-efficient sandwich wall panels with continuous insulation, low maintenance requirements and life-cycle costs

GCPCI has partnered with the PCI Foundation on a studio program of Architecture.  The program will explore cutting-edge precast concrete design on a range of building types, challenging students to push the limits of the material in high performance solutions to real-world design challenges.
