This 2-1/2-story center was designed to accommodate the Boy Scouts' corporate, meeting and training needs while providing the country's largest Scout Shop. The exterior is clad with architectural precast concrete panels featuring a buff-colored texture created with antique white cement, fieldstone-colored coarse aggregates and two depths of sandblast.

Precast column covers incorporate site-laid field stone accents and feature the individual merit badges required to become an Eagle Scout. In all, 168 pieces of precast concrete were used, including panels, cornices, ledges and column covers.
